I can't say enough positive things about this business! We had a very bad situation on I-10 with damage to a wheel and axle on our travel trailer while enroute from El Paso to Florida. Stranded in Kerrville on a Saturday night until Monday morning waiting for any business that would be open to find help. We had no idea who we could turn to for help when we were told about them. We contacted them to ask if they could offer any assistance and they had us come over that morning to look at the problem. We had bad news that was made much easier to deal with by all the positive people who work there. We had to leave the TT for repair so we could meet our family in FLA for the holidays. David Clark ( shop manager) explained that he would do what he could to help us rectify the problem. He was so on top of it all, contacting the manufacturer of the axle to see if they would help us, even though it was 2 months out of warranty. He kept us updated on a regular basis with his attempt to get the manufacturer to not only answer the phone but return calls. It was a very long process but he was successful and was able to get them to replace the part at zero cost. He kept us updated on the expectations of part delivery and replacing those parts. They then completed the work very expeditiously upon receiving the new axle. He and the staff are an absolute wonderful group that seem to be there for anything that can happen. We also had a concern after we left when a couple weeks later we heard that freezing temps were going to hit Kerrville. For those who are familiar with mobile units, they require a process to avoid damage from freezing temps, called winterizing. I called on a Saturday morning and was able to get ahold of a staff member who happened to be in the office. She wasn't sure what could be done as the shop was closed for the weekend. She said she would reach out to see if someone could come in and winterize our unit. She was also busy that morning delivering food to local police and fire departments for the holidays. But she found the time to also take care of our issue. What a great attitude and then found out that it had already been done by the shop. They did this without our asking and avoiding some possible damage and very costly repairs if it had frozen pipes. They also checked the new axle when it arrived and found it did not have enough grease in the bearings, thus again saving us from some very serious issues later and costly repairs. They in my humble opinion went well above and beyond to make sure they took care of us and so honest, plus reasonable price for all the work required to fix the issues! David and all the staff have been a ray of sunshine during some real dark moments for a family not local to Kerrville. I wish I could send other people to their business and let others know how much they care about the customer. They made us feel like family, if we lived local, we would go to them for every thing they could deal with mechanically! To Lemeilleur's and Kerrville Community, the whole family of their business, thank you and I believe we couldn't have been luckier to find this group. They made us feel and believe that Kerrville is a very kind and caring community. Please support this small business and it's staff! Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment
