We were returning from a vacation in New Mexico, pulling a 32' travel trailer, and were just east of Ozona when my wife's Suburban decided it didn't like its serpentine belt anymore. A quick call to AAA sorted out the tow truck and they helped find a AAA-affiliated repair facility: Lemeillur's. About 10 minutes later, I got a call from Denise (the owner) saying to let her know when we were underway and she would meet us at the shop to get us checked in and our vehicle behind their fence. This was Saturday evening on January 1st! When we got to the shop, Denise was already there and ready. By the time I'd disconnected the camper from the tow truck she had already given my kids some popcorn (since they were "starving" :) ) and water and had opeened bay #1. She assured me that her team would look at our vehicle first thing Monday morning and would be in touch. After finding out that our radiator had also cracked and having them fix that as well, we went and picked up our vehicle on Tuesday. All in all, Denise and her team were completely transparent about the work needed and the costs involved and really went out of their way to help us out. I highly reccomend Lemeilleur's!
