12/2/15 Invoice 7427 Today I returned to have work completed and to talk with someone (Billie was at training) about the above invoiced service. The man at the desk was unable to listen to what I was saying, got frustrated and refused to complete the work with the exception of installing a cabinet latch which had been ordered (at no extra charge). My complaint was that I was charged $114.40 for installing a light bulb. The cabinet latch had been ordered, but no work done and the faucet was never tested. All they had to do was to turn it on since the water tank was full and the water pump worked just fine. Instead they said on the invoice "will need more time to connect water and diagnose faucet symptoms." So it took a full hr. to replace one light bulb and look at a cabinet latch? Went somewhere else and it took them 5 min. to listen to the faucet groaning and suggested I replace fixture since it didn't have parts due to age. (no charge for the diagnosis) Then, I was charged another $110 to diagnose an exhaust leak which I was told that it could be repaired with welding. If that didn't work, I would need a new catalytic converter. I was given a quote of 1 1/2 hrs. labor to weld and retest the P420 code. Frankly, I was relieved when the man at the desk refused to do the work as I didn't think that 1.5 hrs. was necessary to weld a leak. I immediately went to American Muffler and Brake where in 5 min. they saw the leak, told me that the after market converter was a good brand and in another 10 min. were able to weld it for a grand total of $32. including tax. In my opinion, I should be refunded at least 1/2 of the $114 to replace the light bulb. Just a customer's opinion about poor service. Marcia Vallee 99 Ford E350 Gulfstream, 21 ft. P.S. When the technician test drove my vehicle, apparently, he drove it too fast as one of my cabinets and refer emptied upon opening. This never happens when I drive it.

Thank you for your review and the misrepresentation of the work we performed for you last week and this week. Last week when you came to our repair facility we spent over 2 hours performing diagnostics on your vehicle. Part of our assessment included diagnosing an exhaust leak. In addition we repaired a light and ordered baggage catches for your cabinets. All of this while we fed you lunch, dessert, took care of your puppy when you napped on our couch. Today we installed the baggage catches and did not charge you for the labor or the parts. We are happy you were able to get your repairs done elsewhere at such a reasonable price. As a premier repair facility we are not always going to be for every customer as your review reflects. Unfortunately after careful consideration and the fact we didn't charge you for the work and parts we performed today we will not be issuing a refund. If you would like to discuss this further and not via social media please call our offices during business hours. Again we wish you the best when it comes to your vehicle repairs.

I had a Blue Ox towing system nstalled in Austin, Texas. I didn't have time to get an Air Force 1 braking system installed at the same time as it would have taken quite a time to order and receive it. I looked at AF !'s web site and found Lemeilleur's RV listed as a distributor and installer. I called ahead and spoke with Billy....what a guy, he told me they had them in stock and we set up a future date for the install. I Had found that the installer of the Blue Ox in Austin had really done a number on the lights on my toad, some worked some didn't, bulbs were blowing etc, t explained this to Billy and he assured me that my RV and toad ( Honda CRV)would not leave their shop until everything was working correctly and to my satisfaction. As both my rig and car were needed together we stayed at a local hotel, Billy arranged transportation back and forth and even offered to take us to lunch. We had to spend a few hours at their location after we checked out of the hotel and were worried that our 2 basset hounds would be a nuisance, not a problem, we and our dogs were made very at home in their comfortable customer lounge, TV, wifi,refreshments....I've never seem large leather couches and chairs in a waiting area before. The dogs were spoiled rotten. While the work was being completed we met the owner David Lemeilleur, he explained everything that was being done and made a point of telling us that his company was very proud of it's customer service and would never compromise on quality work, with top of the line parts. He should be proud, undoubtedly the best repair experience ever for me. If you're looking for a cheap fix then I suggest you keep looking, if you're looking for quality work performed by qualified technicians using state of the art equipment I thoroughly recommend Lemeilleur's RV Truck and Equipment of Kerrville, Texas. Not the cheapest but certainly the best, in this world you get exactly what you pay for. I just wish there were more RV repair facilities like this. B

Based on who controls the schedule, the name should be Dan's Cars and Light Trucks. Had an RV slide that needed major work, i.e., would have to be removed. I figured 2 and a half weeks since I had discussed the job with others. I was not far off, it took 40 hours spread over 5 weeks and a day: 25 Jan thru 29 Feb. Took it in on Monday, 25 Jan 2016. Wednesday, 27 Jan, it was determined that the needed equipment was broken. We were offered the opportunity to take our MH and live in it. We were already committed to the motel and assumed they would still work on it while fixing their equipment. Wrong. They are unable to plan their work. Could have done the small job on the other slide, but didn't. Friday of week 2, 5 Feb 2016, their equipment was fixed. Still no work on my unit, we went into it to get something. Could have had the inside undone so the slide could be removed sooner. Week 3, told that they made two trips to lumber yard to get props and a platform for the slide. David called 10 Feb and gave me a price; I agreed to the quote. They had to order parts and install them. Week 4: Visited twice. Office acted tense, as if they were in trouble with me. Friday of Week 5, 25 Feb, at 4:36 pm they called and said second slide was finished, but the caulking had to dry. They close at 5:30 pm, no way I could clear the motel, move stuff back into motor home and check the work. This was the slide they could have worked on the first two weeks. I decided to wait until Monday, the 29th. The slide lurches, twists, and tilts as it goes out. The slide awning is too tight and bangs and rubs as the slide goes out. They weakly said that the awning rod was bent; it is not. When the slide is pulled back in, it is straight as an arrow. I know a place in Kentucky who can check it. Not all was lost, they gave us some rodents (mice) for free! Plus, gave us a .023 discount (two cents on the dollar); I was embarrassed for them. We visited twice a week on different days and different times. NEVER saw them working on the motor home; several times we saw them working on cars and trucks, or in the break room before they shut the door.

Thank you Mr. Griffin for you review. While every business strives to deliver quality products and services its also a fact we as a business can always do better. This being said, not all reviews are created equal and we believe it is important to address legitimate complaints and not address a customer who has a personal ax to grind. We do view criticism when it is is correct as a opportunity to be better and as a way of correcting any issues within our organization. This being the case we are at the mercy of a handful of people who are truly vocal on social media about their dissatisfaction and often they misstate the facts. No matter how committed we are to customer service we make mistakes because we are human. Apparently, we failed to meet your expectations and for this I apologize. Being that you had been to our repair facility previously and that we had also serviced your personal vehicle we assumed (our mistake) that you were happy with your repair and felt like if you had a problem you would have contacted us personally before you felt the need to vent via the internet. First off let me say we offered while we were waiting on materials for your repair to allow you to keep your motor home. Once we started the repairs we had to completely remove your slide-out from the unit, so during this time and until we were able to complete the job your coach was open in our shop. Because of the issue with your slide out we had to reinforce the front lower wall of the slide and plate the lower front of the slide with aluminum sheeting. We had to install a new wiper seal and lower slide seal and we installed a new slide out topper. the front slide switch was intermittently not working and we replace your slide-out switch. Your extended warranty only covered $106.11 of your repairs, we gave you a military discount of $200.00 (thank you for your service) and discounted our labor rate for you. When we started the repairs we were very transparent with you and communicated with you about the projected time and cost of the repairs and you agreed to both. Your awning rod did have a bend/crimp in it, this is a fact and it was this way prior to our starting repairs on your coach. We are the premier repair facility in Kerrville for RV repairs, so while you perceive we were not working on your coach, I assure you we were in some stage of repair from the time your vehicle entered our shop. From getting authorization, to ordering parts, to working on your coach. We always make accommodations to stay open late or come in early to avoid inconveniencing a customer when possible. As far as any of the other issues, I have included a link to a You Tube video for others who read this review to view. It tells you who we are as a company and what we believe, in addition it is a video of our facility, including our floors and shop environment. https://youtu.be/Sf-wH39Jbso We never take a complaint lightly and we always see criticism when it is honest and factual as an opportunity to improve and as a way to correct any issues within our organization. If you would like to contact me personally I may be reached at [email protected] or at 830-895-2888. Again, we thank you for your business and wish you well in your travels.

It was great! I went in for an oil change and they noticed my engine light was on. I just thought it was on because of the oil light. There was a significant problem with my car. They let me know, told me an approximate cost and fixed it the same day. I knew my tires were getting bad. I'd had a blow out recently and replaced that tire. I got a great price on new tires to be put on at a later date.

Thank you for your trust and loyalty. We are glad we were able to fix your car and keep you safe. We appreciate your business and your review. David and Denise

I recently had an extreme cooling and over heating problem with the engine in my motorhome. The damage caused this incident was very extensive. Mr. Lemeilleur and his staff could not have been more diligent in repairing the engine. I appreciate his efforts to not only repairing it, but saving me from any unneccessary expense. It is very comforting to know there are still honest and reputable businesses available and I would encourage anyone needing services or repairs to contact this business.
