Brought my RV in for a State inspection, got me in and out in ten minutes.

We had some work done there and were frustrated by the rude staff and over priced service. But sadly we didn’t feel like we had many other options so we took the RV back to them and got an estimate to work on the generator. It was outrageous. We took it somewhere else and paid 1/5 of the price to get the work done well. We will never go there again.

The last time we saw this customer was November 2017 so why we are being given a review June of 2020 is as confusing as all get out. We have not had a conversation with this customer nor has the customer been in our shop since this time. Apparently in 2017 there was something that happened that caused frustration and maybe something else happened recently perhaps with their vehicle to trigger this review. Looking at our records we do show in 2017 we wrote an estimate for the customer to have repairs done to the generator but the customer declined the repairs and in our mind we moved on. To give us a one star review in 2020, literally 2.5 years later seems vindictive and completely uncalled for but hey if we made a mistake or failed to communicate well with this customer in 2017 and it still is upsetting to them we would love to have them reach out and convey this to us. We can always learn from any situation and improve with constructive criticism. According to our records, this customer came in with a complaint the back up camera screen was intermittently cutting out, our tech found power connection for radio screen had a bad connection, tech repaired connection and back up camera and radio power worked properly when the customer picked up their unit. Also, tech found multiple connections with bad connectors, recommend replacing all other connectors as well, customer declined replacing the other connectors at the time. We charged them for one hour of diag including the actual repair and it was a relatively quick and easy fix. If we were rude, which is not our normal standard, we apologize it is still upsetting them. Was able to schedule a Check-up on my RV. Several issues were noted and I chose to have service deal with them. My Sprinter brake sensors activated after getting work done. Dealership didnt really offer any solution for what I felt was something their technician may have triggered while doing brake job. Everything else was great. Prices reasonable.
